A victim of 9/11 attack has been awarded £4.85 million. Deborah Mardenfeld, an American Express executive had suffered severe injuries as she was crushed by debris after the second plane hit the World Trade Centre, reports The Sun . Deborah spent 15 months in hospital and had 27 operations and her payout is the largest compensation paid so far. " I would give every penny back to change what happened" an emotional Deborah said.
